Vineyard: Sourced from the organically farmed (BioGro certified) Pisa Terrace site, featuring gravelly, free-draining loam with schist and quartz.

Style: Atypically elegant and feminine for Central Otago, picked early for fresh acidity, fine tannins, and a softer, highly expressive palate.

Tasting Notes: Features perfumed red fruit aromas like red currant and cranberry alongside savoury earthy notes, stony minerality, dark cherries, and subtle spice.

Food Pairing: Excellent with roast duck, goose, or game birds.
